Craig Richman's Rating System
In the past I always rated plays 1♦ to 5♦, but I see how practically everyone else here uses the "dime" system, and I'm good with that. No need to really go to deep into an explanation since everyone else has.
One thing I will add: Win or lose, you will see the previous day's result noted because that is the right thing to do.
Who is Craig Richman?
If you happened to catch the reality show pilot episodes that aired here on the site, much was made about finding "new blood." I was not part of the show, but Sean Michaels was, and I've known him since 2019. He introduced me to Steve Budin and that began my journey to this site.
Like Sean, I have a background in the financial world and keen interest in gambling, something I've done since my college days. Those two worlds have always intersected and they share a lot of the same research and analytical principles.
No promises here. No claims I'm going to make you $1,000,000 this year. The only guarantee is I put in the work daily and will try to turn a profit over the course of the season(s) you're a client.
TODAY'S COMPLIMENTARY PLAY
NBA comp play for Saturday is the matinee meeting between the Knicks and the 76ers to hold Under the total in the City of Brotherly Love.
New York has been trending in the Under column, as the Knicks play this game having landed Under the total in each of their last 3, and in 6 of their last 9 overall.
Philadelphia did just play overtime in a Thursday night win over Houston that landed Over the total, as the Sixers have split their last 6 games in the Over/Under column.
This will be the second meeting between the teams this month. The first at Madison Square Garden did land Over the total, but that Over snapped a 3-game series Under between these Atlantic Division rivals, and the Under is on a 4-2 overall run for the last 6 meetings between the teams.
New York is struggling right now, and I don't think they will be "humming" on offense in this spot.
Go Low in the Knicks-Sixers on Saturday afternoon.
