TCU (-24') at KANSAS

By Brad Wilton, Featured Handicapper

Nothing wrong yesterday with the UCF offense, as they definitely scored enough points to cover their number against USF, but the Knights defense was very soft and allowed the Bulls way to many scoring chances.

Obviously not a happy camper yesterday at all.

Going to make amends today with a blowout winner that will be a blowout winner.

42-14 Exact Final - Game goes Early

All about nailing this release in college football. You see my projected final. This one will not be close. Book it!

Granted this is not a "vintage" TCU team, they are just 3-4 on the season, but they are facing a Kansas team that has been historically bad - even by Kansas football standards.

The Jayhawks season has been marred by the virus, the most recent flare up saw their game against Texas cancelled last time out. So, KU last played on November 7th and Les Miles' team is redshirt freshman/true freshman heavy as they have played 7 games this year, lost 7 games this year and have failed to cover in any of their 7 games this season!

Kansas is on a 1-9-1 spread slide their last 11 games dating back to last year and have lost those 11 games by 10 points or better. Number 12 definitely on the horizon in Lawrence tonight!

TCU has won 7 of the last 8 in this series, but enter this game just 2-6 against the spread in those 8 games. While Gary Patterson's team is no offensive juggernaut, they also don't shoot themselves in the foot. The Horned Frogs will rely on their solid defensive unit - which is holding conference opponents to 50 yards under their season average this year - to force Kansas to repeated three-and-outs, and eventually the Frogs will be able to score enough on offense to clear this high points impost by the end of the evening.

Rock Chalk get ROCKED once again here in 2020. Take TCU to win by 28-31 points.

Pittsburgh at CLEMSON (57)

By Bob Valentino, Featured Handicapper

That's how you shut the door! 75 Dime Winner on Friday was Notre Dame and after a tight first half of play, the Irish did not allow a point to the Tar Heels in the second half in their 31-17 win and cover.

Just have to keep winning games. Today I turn my attention to a little game they like to call the Iron Bowl.

Winner # 4 of 5

Iron Bowl Lock

Auburn-Alabama - 3:30 pm

Matches Friday's 75 Dime Winner
Notre Dame over North Carolina

$10 Bettors are up $16,510 last 243 days of action

Nothing further to say, just need a winner.

Don't look now but the once stagnant Pittsburgh offense has been pretty reliable this season when it comes to scoring the football. The Panthers have rung up 88 points over their last pair of wins and both of those games have landed Over the total. In fact, Pitt heads into this game against # 4 Clemson having played Over the total in each of their last 6 games and in 7 of 9 overall this season!

Clemson has not played since November 7th as last week's expected return from the COVID-19 list by Trevor Lawrence was abruptly called off a few hours before the Tigers kick-off against Florida State due to COVID-19 concerns. Lawrence has not seen game action since back before Halloween against Syracuse, but I do not think that is going to stop the future #1 NFL pick from getting in his scoring shots this afternoon versus Pittsburgh.

The Tigers have played 4 straight and 5 of their last 6 games Over the posted total and after the debacle that was last week's scrapped game against the Seminoles I would imagine Dabo Swinney is still in a bit of a testy mood and will want to post as many points as humanly possible in this contest.

These teams have not met all that often in recent history, but the last meeting between them at Death Valley back in 2016 did land Over the posted price.

If you are looking for points, this is your game. Pittsburgh and Clemson head Over on Saturday afternoon.

Matching yesterday's 75 Dime Winner
on Notre Dame over UNC

COLLEGE FOOTBALL WINNER # 33 OF 48

I made you money in October.

I will close out the month of November making you some more money.

Points going to come fast and furious today in the MAC when the Golden Flashes and the Bulls do battle in perfect weather conditions this Saturday afternoon.

Both Kent State and Buffalo have been idle since November 17th as their Tuesday/Wednesday night MAC schedules have been bumped back due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, but I do not expect the long layoff to keep these teams from heating up in a hurry and finding the endzones with regularity.

The Golden Flashes are led by senior quarterback Dustin Crum who has completed 75% of his passes so far in getting his team off to a 3-0 start. The Flashes have scored 69 and 62 points their past pair of games - both of the games landing Over the total - and Kent has now played Overs in 6 of their last 8 games since last season, including their 30-27 win over Buffalo last year that squeezed Over the total.

The Bulls are led by quarterback Kyle Vantrease whose numbers are not prolific as Crum's through the air, but when your have a RB like Jaret Patterson - 301 rushing yards in Buffalo's last game - and 511 total yards in the Bulls 3 wins, it sure makes life a little easier on offense.

Buffalo has also been Over the total in 2 of their 3 games played this season and are 7-2 Over the total in their last 9 dating back to last season - Kent meeting included.

Series numbers show the last pair of meetings and 4 of the last 6 overall having made their way north of the totals border. This one does too!

Golden Flashes-Bulls Over.
